I always taste/smell almonds with Orvieto. Nice balanced acidity with great ripeness in finish. Keeps you coming back for another sip.

Chef Jeff: Drink what you like and everyone else's opinion be damned. I'm an East Coast guy living and working with wine on the West Coast. I firmly believe wine shouldn't be super-fancy or it's enjoyment super-snobby.
